Support
A real person reads every message. TeachDrop is run by a small team, so expect a reply within one working day — usually sooner.
Email us
hello@teachdrop.org for anything at all: a question, a bug, a refund, or a feature you wish existed. If something is broken, telling us what you were doing when it happened is the single most useful thing you can include.
Billing and cancelling
Every account starts with 14 days of the full product, no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time — it is handled the same working day, and your uploads and links stay yours. Billing questions go to the address above.
Privacy and your data
The browser extension — what it reads and what it never does. Public-conversation discovery — including a form to opt out, no account needed. For deletion or access requests, email privacy@teachdrop.org.
Samples: who sees them, and what they show
Who sees a sample once it is shared? Whoever receives the link, and anyone who can see where it was posted. TeachDrop does not distribute samples — you post the link from your own account, so a link placed in a public group is as public as that group. Three limits apply to every sample: a watermark is composited into the pages (carrying the recipient’s name when you add it), the link stops serving after 25 views, and it expires after 14 days. Each is enforced on the server, so an exhausted or expired link stops serving rather than only appearing to.
Are resources reviewed or tested with students? No. TeachDrop runs no classroom trials, student panels, or pedagogical review, and it does not assess the quality of a resource. Sellers who need classroom evidence should not rely on TeachDrop to provide it.
Which parts of a resource are exposed? Only the pages selected for that sample, to a maximum of 10, and only as watermarked images. The original file is never served from a share link. Sample links are excluded from search-engine crawling, which also keeps automated traffic out of the visit counts. A watermark deters misuse and attributes a leaked page to the recipient it was made for; it cannot prevent screenshots, and TeachDrop does not claim otherwise.
Are samples a sales tool or a feedback programme? A sales tool. A sample is promotional material — comparable to a listing preview, prepared for the teacher or homeschooling parent who asked and tracked so its effect is visible. Nothing is exchanged for reviews or feedback. Note the limit of that tracking: TeachDrop counts store visits, not sales. It records that a sample brought a visitor to a store; it never receives or estimates revenue, which remains in the store’s own reporting.
What does the reply engine read? The post you paste, and your catalogue — meaning the titles and descriptions of your products and uploads, never the files themselves. A draft can only point at something you actually sell, at its real link; when nothing fits, it says so and stops. Your uploaded PDFs are not sent to the drafting model, full stop.
The two things people ask most
Does TeachDrop post for me? No — never, on any platform. It writes the draft; you post it from your own account. That is deliberate, and it is why using TeachDrop cannot put your accounts at risk.
What if nothing I sell fits the question? Then TeachDrop says so and stops. It will not invent a product or a link to fill the silence.
